These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlj33 ("jlj33," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jlj33 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your jlj33 account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

When registering your jlj33 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.

All financial transactions on the jlj33 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlj33 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your jlj33 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jlj33 may require you to submit valid government-issued identification before processing any withdrawal.
• jlj33 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and bank processing schedules.
• jlj33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

jlj33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• jlj33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other manipulative strategies — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

All bets placed on the jlj33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable rules. General betting conditions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jlj33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlj33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj33 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to jlj33 immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jlj33 account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or operation of the jlj33 Platform.

jlj33 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

All content on the jlj33 Platform — including but not limited to the jlj33 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlj33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jlj33 Platform without prior written consent from jlj33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlj33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

jlj33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlj33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
